As for TF-Direct, I bought from them a bit more in the beginning and everything turned out fine for me personally. However, their reputation for customer satisfaction always seemed pretty spotty.
Selling you a used figure with missing pieces is really messed up. Fortunately, you can sell it to @Dpuff. He loves other people’s grubby little handprints on his toys.
